PlaceDiary mobile application is designed to allow ordinary people to document their experience and facts about a particular geographic location. The user's proximity to their post is displayed in the post to authenticate the story and viewers can approve or disapprove a story with a click.
As a story gets approved by a broader audience, the information could be considered as trustable, and thus the ecosystem would facilitate crowdsourced information portal.
